Our powder packing machine is suitable for most non-sticky powder products such as flour, starch, and coffee powder. However, if your product is a sticky powder type, such as milk powder, coconut powder, spice powder, or chocolate powder, we recommend coating the machine with Teflon material for better measuring and filling.
Our machine utilizes a high precision auger filling system, ensuring a packing tolerance within 1% (depending on the product). Additionally, the auger is designed for easy removal and installation, taking only 10 minutes even for a new user. To operate the machine, simply place the packing film and the machine will automatically form the bag, fill it with the desired weight, and print the production/expiration/batch number. The machine also offers additional functions such as nitrogen gas feeding, linked bagging, and hanging hole punching.
