This model was design for high speed requiment, max speed is 40 bags/min/lane, it can customized for different speed and material need. Machine was control by electric and pneumatic, adopt servo motor for film pulling and product feeding.
If working with other filling system like: Auger filler, volumetric cup, chain buckets, line weigher, postion pump etc can be using to pack powder, grain, solid, paste products.
Client just need install packing film with achine, then it will automatic to achieved: bag forming, weight metering, product filling, bag sealing, counting, cutting and batch number printing. Bag type like: pillow bag, 3/4 sides seal bag, linked bag are available!
A. Servo motor film pulling and sealing part: using servo motor to guarantee the film pulling more accuracy and faster to meet
high speed packing requirement.
B. Multi-lanes auger filling : each line using independent servo motor to control, make sure accurate weighing and filling. What`s more, we are using long auger bring the powder direct from hopper to the bag bottom,guarantee sealing tightness and beautiful.
C. Linkage roll film shaft: Coodinating the film pulling process with multi-linkage roll film shaft, save more film material, reuduce the film change time and improve the film rolling process more smoother.
Suitable film options:
Cellophane/polythene ,polyester/Coating aluminum/polythene, polyester /polypropylene, bopp film nylon compounded film etc.
Which over 2 layers and can be heat-sealed.
